- "Sumping more else." I hear this phrase atleast 10 times a day. When she's done playing with a toy and wants to do something different, when she wants a new television show, when she wants more dinner, more books at bedtime, etc. And I laugh EVERY time. Adorable.
- "Mommy, do me favor?" What?!? How does she even know what a favor is? Oh, right. She doesn't. Normally she'll ask me this and then when I answer, "Sure, baby. What do you need?" She says, "Umm...." and then I never get any additional information.
- This one is more general, but she now plays jokes on me. I put her in the car one day and then went back up to the front door to lock it. When I got in the car, she said, "Mommy, phone. Heard it." I said, "You heard my phone ring?" She responded, "Yeah mommy. I heard it." I check the phone and it hadn't made ANY noise. I said, "No one called Jaynie. You didn't hear my phone." And her reply? "I didn't heard it mommy. Haha. I funny."
- "I sorry mommy. Still love you." We've been teaching Jayna to say sorry when she hits or screams at us or throws a fit. We usually have to make her say it. And after she says it, we always reassure her that we still love her and she's a generally good kid. Within the past few days she's begun to say sorry on her own. And then she tells us she still loves us. It almost makes me cry everytime.
- "Cool, huh?" This one just started yesterday, but she's said it about 5 times in the past 24 hours. This morning she was playing with her cell phone toy in the backseat of the car. I hear, "Hey, mommy!" I was stopped at a light, so I turned around to see what she wanted. She showed me her cell phone and said, "Cool, huh, mommy?" She's so grown up already.

Five for Friday: Jaynaisms
Jayna has a few things...phrases and things...that she says on a daily basis. These are mostly normal things that you hear adults say all the time, but coming from a two-year-old makes them hilarious! These are my new favorites:

Those are fabulous. Keep taking note of them, they come at you fast and furiously and sometimes we forget them. They will always bring a smile to your face when you really need one.
