When we got to the doctor's office, she was actually feeling pretty good. I had given her some ibuprofen about an hour before her appointment, so her fever was down and some of her spunk had returned...temporarily. We sat down to wait our turn and Jayna instantly got back up and went across the waiting room and sat by herself. When I asked her what she was doing she simply said, "I'm big enough that I don't have to sit by you today."
I was happy and sad at the same time. They really do grow up so fast.
