Actually, I just made that up. Many serious knitters/crocheters do it year round. I, on the other hand, find it extremely difficult to crochet a warm scarf in July when it's 9 million degrees outside.
So now that the weather has cooled and it's almost fall, I've started crocheting. I'm doing 6 ruffle scarves for someone, so I started on that tonight. They're going very smoothly!
