Doug is my coworker with the brain tumor.  His magnet was moved to the "out" column by another coworker.  We are all thinking of him and hoping things will turn out for the best. 

Jayna said to me during dinner, "Let's cuddle and watch Bugs Bunny after dinner." 

DONE.  Cuddles with that kid are one of the most effective ways for me to put things into perspective.  I know she won't want to do this forever and I cherish the times she asks.
