This is Ollie. In this picture he is off of his lead. Can't you see the twinkle in his eye?!? He just can't wait for his fence so he doesn't have to be hooked up all the time.
OR...and this is just a suggestion, Ollie...YOU COULD JUST STOP WANDERING OUT OF THE YARD AND RUNNING AWAY.
