Mulligan Monday: Running Blah Blah Blah

I have a message for my running friends and/or supporters.  I'm not really sure how to approach this. 

Okay...I've mulled it over. 

STOP LETTING ME OFF THE HOOK FOR SKIPPING RUNS.

Seriously.

The running itself is not causing me anxiety.  The running itself is GOOD for me!! 

I'm the one to blame for the anxiety.  Not you.  Not the running. 

So, here's the deal....I'll stop being so hard on myself.  And in return, you all will start badgering me about running again. 

I need this, people.  I just need a little kick in the ass to get back on track.  When I get over the hump I may not need as much coaching/encouragement/etc.  But for now, I need y'all.

Help.  I just need a little help.
